Join us for 4 days & 3 nights, double breathwork at the iconic Sunrise Ranch in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies.
Holotropic Breathwork® is a powerful method of inner exploration of the unconscious psyche through expanded states of consciousness. My experience is that under the right conditions, it is as effective as a traditional vision quest at triggering insights and transformation.
It is guided by the individuals inner wisdom which orchestrates experiences that are ideal for your path. They can include aspects of your personal history and birth, as well as psychological death/rebirth, and an infinite array of transpersonal experiences. Through deep, effective breathing; evocative music; and a safe and supportive setting with a trained staff of facilitators, you experience an expanded state of consciousness. Barbara and Tami are certified Grof Transpersonal Training facilitators with over 600 hours of training. We have designed a program to maximize expansion potential and are excited to share in your journey!
